Blue Mid-Century Kitchen

What the client needed

The client was after a unique and fresh space. She had lived with the original kitchen for a while and wanted to keep the mid century look. But wanted the addition of modern functionality. Originally a longer room, she added a wall to turn into a separate laundry and walk in pantry.

Our part of the project

Having a photo of a kitchen the client wanted to recreate we started by taking the design features and working them into her lay out. Creating the solid curves on the top unit to keep that sleek and soft line. But making open shelves on the base so she can still add her homely touch.

With the client, we played with different colours that would suit the space. Ending up with a similar one from the photo but with a hint of green to tie in with the timber floors.
