Graham has over 40 years experience as a cabinet maker. He started his apprenticeship when he was 17 in Darwin and has worked on many interesting projects over the years. So he always soaked up as much as he could from different mentors he had over the years. At 32, he started his own business, DKC, which he successfully ran for 12 years before selling and moving to the Adelaide Hills with his family where he opened Gra Joinery and has been running successfully for over 20 years.
Some of the most gratifying work over the years has been for an insurance company, fixing & repairing damaged cabinetry. Graham takes great pride in renewing old & loved pieces and is a specialist at retaining their integrity to allow for many more years of enjoyment.

In 2017, he hired his daughter Nicole as an apprentice and has been showing her the ins and outs of being the best cabinetmaker she can be. Her dream job is to be a sought-after Interior Designer, she is a natural creative and has many great ideas for design and storage solutions.

Together they make a great team; bringing the experience and fresh eyes to the table.
